Randy has captured top honors in almost every major hair competition including the prestigious America's Cup Trophy and Hair World's National Coiffure Championship. His proteges have captured every major championship held in the US. After operating his own beauty academy, Randy developed the highly acclaimed Certified Learning in Cosmetology (C.L.I.C.) system. He owned and operated a successful chain of beauty salons and then developed and implemented a program for licensee salons, including an encyclopedia/manual for successful salon management. Randy is a current member of NCA and HAIRAMERICA and a past design director and team trainer for NCA.
